الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بمدينة تيهرت خلال العصر الوسيط، ودراسة تاريخها الحضاري من خلال نوعية محددة من المصادر التاريخية ألا وهي كتب البلدان والمسالك والممالك، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة كمصادر أولية لدراسة تاريخ بلاد المغرب الإسلامي عموما وتاريخ مدينة تيهرت على وجه الخصوص، وذلك لما تحويه من مادة تاريخية على جانب كبير من الأهمية باعتبار أن أصحابها قد ركزوا اهتمامهم على دراسة المدن والأقاليم الإسلامية خلال القرون الأولى من الفترة الوسيطية، حيث نجد بهذه المصادر أوصافا لها ارتباط بالجوانب الطبيعية والجغرافية والعمرانية، كما نجد بها نصوصا عن الأوضاع الاقتصادية وحتى السياسية لمدينة تيهرت. فالمعروف عن تاريخ هذه المدينة خلال العصر الوسيط هو ارتباطه الوثيق بنشأة وقيام الدولة الرستمية، واتخاذ هذه الأخيرة لمدينة تيهرت عاصمة لها، لتتحول خلال هذه الفترة والفترات اللاحقة إلى إحدى أهم مدن وعواصم بلاد المغرب الإسلامي، غير أن هذا الاختيار وهذه الأهمية التي اكتسبتها المدينة تعود كذلك إلى أهمية موقعها الجغرافي الاستراتيجي، حيث أسهبت المصادر البلدانية وكتب المسالك والممالك في التأكيد على أهمية هذا الموقع، ورصد مجموعة من النصوص تصف من خلالها المدينة من الناحية الطبيعية والجغرافية، كما أسهبت في وصف الوضع الإقتصادي لها، وخصوصا الجانب الفلاحي عن طريق إحصاء المنتجات الفلاحية والحيوانية، هذا إضافة إلى ما نجده من معطيات تتعلق بالمظاهر العمرانية على اختلاف أنواعها. Abstract: This article aims to present the city of Tahert in the Middle Age, and to study its civilizational history through a specific type of historical sources, are the books of countries, roads and kingdoms, where the latter are considered to be primary sources for the study of the history of the Islamic Maghreb in general and the history of the city of Tahert in particular, for that it contains historical material of great importance, given that its authors have focused their attention on the study of Islamic cities and regions during the first centuries of medieval times, where one finds in these sources descriptions related to natural, geographical and urban aspects, as well as texts on economic and even political conditions from the town of Tahert. What we know about the history of this city in the Middle Age is its close link with the emergence and establishment of the Rustomide State, and the latter taking the city of Tahert as its capital, to transform during this period and the following periods to one of the most important cities and capitals of the Islamic Maghreb, but this choice and the importance that the city has acquired due to the importance of its strategic geographical location, where the sources of the country and the books of roads and kingdoms elaborated on the importance of this site, and followed a set of texts describing the city from a natural and geographical point of view, and also elaborated on the description of the economic situation of the city, especially the agricultural side by counting agricultural and animal products. we find data relating to the different types of Urban characteristics.
