الملخص باللغة العربية: تعتبر النقوش اللاتنية من أهم المصادر المادية التي يُكتب بها التاريخ ، حيث تحتوي على مادة خام غنية بالمعلومات، بإمكان المهتمين والباحثين إستنطاقها وإستثمارها وإعتمادها في عدد من المجالات العلمية، كمجال الأركيولوجيا و التاريخ، والمجال الإقتصادي و الإجتماعي، ومجال تطور المؤسسات داخل المدن القديمة، ومن بين المدن التي لم تلقى نصيبا من هذه الدراسة هي منطقة تيارت، حيث تحتوي لوحدها على أكثر من 60 ناقشة تمّ كشفها خلال القرن الماضي ومزال البحث عنها متواصلا إلى يومنا هذا، ومن بين المناطق التي احتوت على هذه النقائش هي تيارت و الاجدار، خربة العويسات ، عيون سبيبة و مشرع العصفا، مكننا القول من خلالها أن منطقة تيارت عرفة درجة مهمة من رومنة في مختلف المجالات. Abstract: The Latin inscriptions are considered one of the most important material sources in which history is written, as they contain a raw material rich in information, which interested people and researchers can question, invest and adopt in a number of scientific fields, such as the field of archeology and history, the economic and social field, and the field of the development of institutions within the ancient cities, and from Among the cities that did not receive a share of this study is the Tiaret region, which alone contains more than 60 discussions that were discovered during the last century and the search for them continues to this day. Among the areas that contained these inscriptions are Tiaret, djedars, Khirbat Al-Ouaisat, Ouyoun Sbeiba and Mashraa Al-Asfa, from which we can say that the Tiaret Arafa region has an important degree of romanization in various fields.
