الملخص
يعتبر الاهتمام لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتوفير نوع من التربية والرعاية والتأهيل الخاص بهم والاهتمام باحتياجاتهم هو في المرتبة الأولى واجب إنساني واجتماعي، لأن لكل إنسان الحق في أن يتمتع بإنسانيته، مما خلق عدة رأى في رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات، أهمها الرأي بالعزل والرأي المخالف بالدمج، ليأتي المقال الحالي لبحث الرأيين ونقل آرائهم ومبرراتهم العلمية والخدماتية علها تكون عونا للمختصين لتبني الرأي الأكثر علمية وعملية في مجال رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. كلمات مفتاحية: الدمج.،العاديين.،ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
