الأخلاق في المنظومة التربوية - الجزائر نموذجا -

الملخص
إن مفهوم التربية يتحدد بمعيارين أساسيين: المعيار الأول يمثل البعد التاريخي القيمي العقائدي و الأخلاقي للأمة، أما المعيار الثاني، فهو معيار موضوعي تكنولوجي، وهو يمثل الخبرة المادية التقنية التي نعدلها منتجين قادرين على إنتاجها وفقا للمستوى المطلوب في زمانهم. انطلاقا من هذا المفهوم ،قامت هذه الدراسة لتصف الوضع الراهن للتربية في الجزائر على مستوى المعيار الأول. فالموضوع ينصب على دراسة الأخلاق في المنظومة التربوية ، من خلال دراسة ميدانية استكشافية على طلبة الجامعة باستخدام مقياسين من بناء الباحثة في إطار فكر الغزالي أبي حامد، وهما : مقياسا الرذائل و الفضائل. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تفشي الرذائل لدى الطلبة و غياب الفضائل وهذا يعني غياب الصحة النفسية ، مما يدل على أن المنظومة التربوية تفرز إنسان المشكل والإنسان المريض، و ليس إنسان الحل و إنسان التوحيد. Education is a concept determined by two norms; the first one is the historical dimension with the nation’s values and beliefs, the second one is an objective and technological norm, and it consists in the material technical experience, which require productors to produce it, according to the required level at time. On this basis, this study describes the Algerian educational system status quo at the level of the first norm. This topic focuses on studying ethics in educational system through a discovery field study on university students with the use of two measurements prepared by the researcher, in the course of Alghazali Abi Hamed’s intellectuality, which are: vices and virtues measurements. The study results assert vices proliferation with student in the light of virtues absence, which means the absence of psychological health, which indicates that the Algerian educational system produces a man of complexity and a man of an instable belief not of solution and of Unitarianism.
