معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي للجمعيات والاتحادات المتخصصة في إعداد وتطوير المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات: دراسة مقارنة

الملخص
يعد مجال المكتبات والمعلومات من المجالات التي تستدعي ضرورة وضع معايير الاعتماد بسبب التطورات الحاصلة على إثر التحولات التكنولوجية التي أدت إلى تغيرات عميقة في مفهوم وبيئة العمل المكتبي والمعلوماتي بشكل عام، غير أن مؤسسات التكوين لم تعد قادرة بمفردها على رصد هذه التطورات والتغيرات المتسارعة ووضع معايير تتوافق معها. إذ أصبح تحقيق ذلك يتطلب تضافر جهود جميع الأطراف الفاعلة في العملية التعليمية، وعلى رأسها الجمعيات المهنية والاتحادات كما أنها المعبر عن اتجاهات الحكومة تجاه المجال ، فهي تتكامل مع دور المؤسسات الحكومية الرسمية المهتمة بالمجال والتي لا تستطيع بمفردها إنجاز كل تطلعات المنتمين للمهنة، وتعمل بالتالي على تفعيل حركة المجتمع في هذا الاتجاه. كما هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على رؤية الجمعيات والاتحادات المتخصصة في المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف في وضع ونشر معايير العمل وممارساته ، كما سعت الدراسة إلى اكتشاف مفاهيم الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي واستجلاء دور الجمعيات والاتحادات في تطبيق معايير الجودة والاعتماد. تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من أهمية الموضوع نفسه إذ أنها تتناول موضوعا يركز على المعايير المطلوبة لتحقيق الجودة في كافة قطاعات المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات بالتركيز على بعض معايير ضمان الجودة في المكتبات الجامعية، وقد استخدم المنهج في الدراسة كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات منها :وجوب مراعاة سياسة إيداع الأطروحات الجامعية والكتب والتي يعدها كل من ينتسب إلى الجامعة مع مراعاة متطلبات ضمان الجودة في الجامعة عند تزويد المكتبات الجامعية بمصادر المعلومات. The field of libraries and information is one of the areas that require the adoption of accreditation standards due to developments following the technological changes that led to profound changes in the concept and the working environment of office and information in general, but the training institutions are no longer able to monitor these developments alone due to the rapid changes and the development of compatible standards. The achievement of this requires the concerted efforts of all parties in the educational process, headed by professional societies and federations. It also reflects the government's attitudes towards the field. It is integrated with the role of official governmental institutions interested in the field, which alone cannot fulfill all aspirations of the profession to activate the movement of society in this direction. The study aimed at the following: Identify the role and vision of the specialized associations in libraries and information and archives in the development and dissemination of labor standards and practices. To discover the concepts of quality and academic accreditation and to clarify the role of associations and unions in the application of quality and accreditation standards. This study draws on the importance of the subject itself, as it deals with a vital topic that focuses on the standards required to achieve quality in all sectors of libraries and information centers, focusing on some quality assurance standards in university libraries. The methodology used in the study is the descriptive approach and comparative approach. The most important results are: The selection of groups according to the university's vision and objectives. The selection of sources of information based on the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation set by the university. The most important recommendations: The policy of depositing university theses and books prepared by everyone who belongs to the University must be taken into consideration.
