الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة تدخل الدولة في إطار السياسة الوطنية للأدوية التي هي جزءًا من السياسة الصحية الوطنية، حيث توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة في تفسير واقع السوق الدوائي في الجزائر من خلال عمليات تنفيذ السياسات العامة للحصول على الأدوية التي تجسدت في شكل قوانين و تشريعات سعت من خلالها الدولة إلى تنظيم سوق الأدوية لجعل الصناعة الدوائية الوطنية خياراً استراتيجياً وضرورة سيادية لتحقيق درجة كبيرة من الأمن الدوائي. ABSTRACT: This study aims to show the importance of the state’simplication which makes part of the national policy of medicines which is by it’s turn part of the national health policy. This later is not clear enough because of the legislation shortage and it’s instability. Through this study we could explain the medicines market reality in Algeria by executing the general policy to reach medicines through laws and legislations to impose order in this market so as to make the national medicines industry a strategic choice and sovereignty necessity to have medical security .
