الملخص
هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على موقع الجامعة الجزائرية و مراكز البحث الوطنية من حركة الترجمة العالمية مجال النشر أنموذجا، لاشك أن موضوع الترجمة معقد و يحتاج إلى دراسات شاملة مشفوعة بإحصائيات و معطيات موثقة و هو ما تفتقده الجامعة الجزائرية و مراكز البحث الوطنية. في هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى أي مدى تحظى الترجمة بالاهتمام خاصة من خلال نشر المشاريع و الأبحاث سواء تعلق الأمر بالترجمة العلمية أو الأدبية. اعتمدنا على المنهج التاريخي و المنهج الوصفي و كذا المنهج الإحصائي لأنها من المناهج الملائمة لمثل هاته الدراسات. من النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هو أن الترجمة لازالت ضعيفة لافتقارها لاستراتيجية محكمة، و لعدم مسايرة الجامعة و مراكز البحث العلمية للتطور الحاصل خاصة في مجال الإنتاج العلمي و البحثي و غياب رؤية واضحة للأعمال التي يمكن نشرها في المدى القريب، المتوسط و الطويل، إضافة إلى غياب مؤسسات رسمية وظيفتها تفعيل الترجمة و نشرها، غياب التنسيق و الدمج في مشاريع رائدة تسهم في تطوير الأبحاث العلمية في الجزائر خاصة في مجال الترجمة ووضع المصطلح العلمي سواء تعلق الأمر بالعلوم الدقيقة أو العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية. This study highlights the location of the Algerian University and its research centres in the global translation movement. The subject of translation is undoubtedly complex and requires comprehensive studies with documented statistics and data, which the Algerian University and the national research centres lack. This study aims at the extent to which translation is given special attention through the publication of projects and research, whether scientific or literary translation. We rely on the historical and descriptive method as well as the statistical method because it is one that is appropriate for the ideals of these studies. One of the findings of this research is that translation is still weak because it lacks a sound strategy, because the University and scientific research centres do not keep pace with developments, particularly in the field of scientific and research production, and because there is no clear view of the work that can be published in the short, medium and long term. In addition to the absence of official institutions whose function is to activate and disseminate translation, there is a lack of coordination and integration into pilot projects that contribute to the development of scientific research in Algeria, particularly in the field of translation and the development of the scientific term, whether related to the exact sciences or the humanities and social sciences.
