الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر استخدام أنظمة إدارة الوثائق الإلكترونية بدلالة أبعادها على تحسين الأداء. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 250 موظف وموظفة في محكمة بداية عمان -الأردن، حيث تم توزيع ( 200 ) استبانه تم تطويرها وتحكيمها لاغراض الدراسة تم استرداد ( 150 ) استبانة منها، أي ما نسبته (% 75 ) تم إجراء الدراسة عليها، وقد تم إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن هنالك اثر لاستخدام أنظمة إدارة الوثائق الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في محكمة بداية عمان حيث يعمل النظام على: تقليل الأخطاء التي تحدث في العمل وتسهيل إجراءاته، تقديم خدمة أفضل وبجودة عالية للمواطنين، تسريع وتسهيل عملية صنع القرارات الإدارية، هذا بالاضافة الى زيادة الشفافية والوضوح في العمل The aim of this study is tosurvey and highlight the impact of the use of electronic document management systems in terms of dimensions on improving performance , the study population is consisted of 250 employee in Bedaya court Amman-Jordan, 200 questionnaire were distributed that was developed for the purposes of the study , 150 questionnaire of them were recovered representing the rate of 75% that was studied . And we used appropriate statistical methods to answer the study questions and test hypotheses . And The study reached the following findings:there is a trace of the use of electronic management systems on improving job performance of Bedayacourt of Amman ,Where these systems lead to the following:Reduce errors that occur at work and facilitate procedures , Provide best services with high quality to citizens , Accelerate and facilitate the process of making administrativedecision,In addition to , increasing the transparency and clarity in the work .
