الملخص
يعتبر نموذج العائد على الأموال المستثمرة من أبسط النماذج المستخدمة في تقييم أداء صناديق الاستثمار، حيث يتطلب بيانات عن وثيقة الصندوق في بداية فترة التقييم وكذلك في نهاية فترة التقييم وبيانات عن التوزيعات، حيث يعتمد المؤشر البسيط على أخذ العائد الذي حققه الصندوق فقط في اعتباره دون النظر إلى حجم المخاطرة التي تعرض لها الصندوق، فإنه يمكن تقييم الأداء الاستثماري للصندوق من خلال ثلاثة متغيرات أساسية تختلف من صندوق لآخر وهي حجم الصندوق وعمر الصندوق وخبرة وكفاءة مدير الصندوق. It is a model of return on invested funds from the simplest models used in the evaluation of the performance of investment funds, which requires data on a document the fund at the beginning of the period of the assessment as well as at the end of the evaluation period and data on dividends, as it depends on the simple indicator of return achieved by the fund only in mind without consideration of the size of the risk of the fund, it can evaluate investment performance of the fund through three basic variables vary from time to time, and the size of the three variables; the fund and age, experience, competence, director of the fund.
