الإجراءات المنهجية لبناء الاستبيان والتحقق من صلاحيته

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان الخطوات الهامة لإعداد وإنشاء أداة الاستبيان الهادفة لجمع البيانات والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات والإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة، وكذا التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وهما شرطان أساسيان لا يمكن الاستغناء عنهما أو الاعتماد على أحدهما دون الآخر، كما أنه في الآونة الأخيرة زاد الاهتمام بالبرامج الإحصائية وتم تناسي أن الاستبيان يتعامل مع الإنسان والسلوك الإنساني، وأنه عبارة عن كلمات وعبارات تحمل في طياتها متغيرات الدراسة التي لابد أن تكون في إطار المضمون وتتنبأ بالسلوك المقاس وكذلك تقيس الإطار النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة. This article aims to show the important steps for preparing and creating a questionnaire tool aimed at collecting data, verifying the validity of the hypotheses and answering the questions of the study, as well as ensuring its validity and stability, which are two prerequisites that cannot be dispensed with or depend on one without the other, and recently the interest in programs has increased Statistical and it was forgotten that the questionnaire deals with human and human behavior, and that it is words and phrases that carry the study variables that must be within the context of the content and predict the measured behavior as well as measure the theoretical framework of the study variables.
