تحليل عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى الأستاذ الجامعي دراسة ميدانية بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة باجي مختار عنابة

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت دراستنا الحالية إلى التعرف على عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة باجي مختار عنابة. أجريت هذه الدراسة على 100 أستاذ جامعي حيث تم إجراء مقابلات نصف موجهة تحوي أسئلة مغلقة وأخرى مفتوحة، ودامت هذه المقابلات لمدة 3 أشهر وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتبويب البيانات حسب كل سؤال من أسئلة المقابلة بشطريه ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على النسب المئوية كأسلوب إحصائي، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى : 1. التعرف على أهم المهارات البيداغوجية لتمكن الأستاذ الجامعي من آداء مهامه ورفع درجة دافعية الانجاز لديه. 2. المهارات البيداغوجية ضرورية لتمكن الأستاذ الجامعي من أداء مهامه ورفع درجة دافعية الانجاز لديه. 3.الأستاذ الجامعي في جامعة باجي مختار-عنابة- متمكن من توظيف المهارات البيداغوجية التنفيذية لأداء مهامه ورفع درجة دافعية الانجاز لديه Abstract: Our current study aimed to identify the factors that provoke achievement motivation among professors of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba. This study was conducted on 100 university professors, where semi-directed interviews were conducted, containing closed and open questions, The interviews were for a period of 3 months. The descriptive and analytical approach was followed, and the data was tabulated according to each of the interview questions in two parts, and they were treated statistically based on percentages as a statistical method, and this study concluded: 1. Identifying the most important pedagogical skills to enable the university professor to perform his duties and raise his degree of achievement motivation. 2. Pedagogical skills are necessary to enable the teacher to perform his duties and raise the degree of his achievement motivation. 3. The university professor at the University of Badji Mokhtar-Annaba- is able to employ the executive pedagogical skills to perform his duties and raise the degree of his achievement motivation.
