الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى وعي مسئولي المؤسسات الجزائرية بأهمية التفكير الاستراتيجي و دوره في تعزيز جودة اتخاذ القرار بأبعاده الثلاث (مرونة القرارات،جودة المعلومات،كفاءة القرارات) لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للسباكة ALFET بتيارت، و لتحقيق هذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قصدية مكونة من 76 عامل من فئة الإطارات بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS.24 و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى متوسط لوعي ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي و مستوى متوسط لجودة اتخاذ القرار لمسئولي المؤسسة المبحوثة و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتفكير الاستراتيجي على أبعاد جودة اتخاذ القرار ، لهذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة ترسيخ مفهوم التفكير الاستراتيجي و العمل على زيادة تعزيز وعي مسئولي المؤسسة المبحوثة لهذا التفكير ما سينعكس ايجابيا للارتقاء بمستوى جودة اتخاذ القرار. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the extent of awareness of Algerian institutions officials of the importance of strategic thinking and its role in enhancing the quality of decision-making in its three dimensions (decision flexibility, information quality, decision efficiency) among employees of the National Plumbing Corporation ALFET in Tiaret. , and distributing the questionnaire to an intentional sample of 76 tire workers based on the SPSS program. The dimensions of the quality of decision-making, that is why the study recommended the necessity of consolidating the concept of strategic thinking and working to increase the awareness of the officials of the research institution for this thinking, which will be reflected positively to raise the level of quality of decision-making
