المقاربة في التكوين وفق أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني..بين الواقع والآفاق

الملخص
تهدف دراسة التكوين والتدريس وفق أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني لمعرفة مدى الإمكانات المتاحة في المجال البشري والمادي، خاصة وأن الجزائر ستباشر مرحلة المدرسىة الإلكترونية، والدراسة عن بعد وذلك ما يعني الاستثمار الواسع في مجالات الرقمنة والمعلوماتية، وستتاول الدراسة واقع التكوين في منظومة التعليم الإلكتروني، وهو ما يعني بالضرورة فهم وتفعيل عملية الهندسة التكوينية في هذا المجال، حيث بات استخدام تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في مختلف جوانب النشاط اليومي للمجتمع ومؤسساته المختلفة ضروريا نظرا للعمليات الدقيقة والسريعة في مختلف البرامج، كما أن عمليات التكوين والتعليم في شتى المؤسسات التكوينية عبر جميع مراحلها ومستوياتها قد بدأت في مواكبة العصرنة والاتصال الالكتروني وذلك لتغيير الممارسات والوسائل والمقاربات الكلاسيكية وبالأخص في ميدان التكوين.. وعلى ضوء ذلك فإن النتائج التي نتوقعها من الدراسة ستتمثل في إدماج الوسائل التكنولوجية بؤطرها القانونية والأكاديمية وتجسيدها ميدانيا، وتفعيل العمليات الإصلاحية التكوينية عبر مختلف المستويات الناتجة عن إدراج التعليم الإلكتروني، إضافة لبناء أرضية تعليمية في التحكم والتسيير اعبر إدراج المنصاب والبروغرس والتدريس عن بعد في مراحل الليسانس والماستر، وتجسيد القرار الوزاري رقم 1022الصادر في: 23/10/2017 في هذا الشأن لدفع الأساتذة والطلبة لاستخدام وسائل التدريس والتكوين والدعائم البيداغوجية الحديثة The study of the process of training and teaching electronically aims to know the capabilities available in the field of human resources and material capabilities, especially since Algeria will start the digital school stage, and the distance teaching system, which means extensive investment in the fields of digitization and informatics, and the study also aims to address the reality of training in the e-learning system, This necessarily means understanding and activating the process of formative engineering in this field, just as the training and education processes in various formative institutions across all stages and levels have begun to keep pace with modernity and electronic communication in order to change the classic practices, means and approaches, especially in the field of training.. We expect the results from this study, which are the integration of technological means with their legal and academic frameworks and their embodiment in the field, and the activation of formative reform processes across various levels resulting from the inclusion of e-learning, in addition to building an educational ground in control and management through the inclusion of positions, progress and distance teaching in the bachelor and master stages, and the embodiment of the ministerial decision No. 1022, in order to push teachers and students to use modern teaching and training methods and pedagogical supports
