Abstract

تمكن مقاربة السيرورة المؤسسات من التكيف مع أي تغيير يطرأ في بيئة الأعمال، بحكم قدرتها على جعل أنشطة المؤسسة أكثر فعالية وكفاءة. الهدف من المقالة هو إبراز مزايا تبني المفاهيم والأساليب الإدارية المرتكزة على مقاربة السيرورة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة ومتطلبات الزبائن Process Approach enables enterprises to adapt to every change in the business environment, because it makes their activities more effective and more efficient. The purpose of the article is to present the advantages of the adoption of concepts, and management methods based on the process approach as a tool to achieve the objectives of the enterprises and the requirements of customers
