الدرس اللغوي في كتاب " نظرية اللغة العربية – تأسيسات جديدة لنظامها و أبنيتها – لـ " عبد الملك مرتاض " – دراسة نقدية

الملخص
الملخص بالعربية : تطرح قضايا اللغة بمختلف مستوياتها اللغوية و النحوية و الصرفية و الصوتية في كتب الدارسين بصورة جديدة ربما تكون صادمة لموروث متداول على أساس ثقة كبيرة في دراسات و اصطلاحات العلماء القدامى على الخصوص. و من بين الكتب المعاصرة التي قدم فيها صاحبها درسا آخر لبعض قضايا اللغة الدكتور عبد الملك مرتاض في كتابه نظرية اللغة – تأسيسات جديدة لنظامها و أبنيتها- و قد جابه الباحث الدرس اللغوي التراثي والمعاصر في شتى مستوياته بجرأة بين بالاستدلال أوجه الخلل و الافتقار إلى المنطق المتسم به في قضايا كثيرة. و في هذا المقال حاولت أن أعيد النظر في قضيتين أثارهما هما قضية " التعريب " و قضية " المفاعيل " مع الرد قدر الإمكان بالدليل العلمي المعتمد على المعجم و على الدرس النحوي في إطار المنطق اللغوي و النحوي. ABSTRACT Language issues, at their various linguistic, grammatical, morphological and phonological levels, are presented in the books of scholars in a new way that may be shocking to a common legacy on the basis of great confidence in the studies and conventions of ancient scholars in particular. Among the contemporary books in which its owner presented another lesson on some of the issues of language, Dr. Abdul Malik Mortad in his book "The Theory of the Arabic Language" - New Foundations for its System and Its Structures - and the researcher confronted the heritage and contemporary linguistic lesson at various levels boldly between inferring the defects and the lack of logic Characterized in many cases. In this article, I tried to review two issues raised by him, namely the issue of "Arabization" and the issue of "effects", with the response as possible by scientific evidence based on the dictionary and on the grammatical lesson within the framework of linguistic and grammatical logic.
