تجليات المشروع التنموي الصناعي داخل الثقافة المحلية - دراسة ميدانية بمصنع تعليب وتصبير الزيتون - Sarl Sig.

الملخص
ملخص يتمحور هذا المقال حول مسألة التنمية المحلية في جانبها الصناعي وعلاقتها بالثقافة المحلية بمصنع تعليب وتصبير الزيتون SARL SIG بولاية معسكر - غرب الجزائر، وذلك بغرض معرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين الثقافة المحلية والتنمية الصناعية، وهذا مرده لتجذر مهنة تصبير الزيتون في هذه المنطقة، حيث تجدر الإشارة هنا إلى مسألة ترسخ هذه الحرفة في تاريخ هذه المنطقة حتى وصولها إلى هذا التجلي الحديث وقد كان الهدف هو معرفة التوافق المجسد أو الملاحظ بين الثقافة المحلية والمتطلب الصناعي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدنا على منهج تحليل المضمون ذو طابع كيفي، بالاستعانة بتقنية المقابلة، حيث استجوبنا عينة قصدية تتكون من (15) عامل صناعي من مجموع (152)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ المعطى الثقافي يعتبر الحاضنة الأساسية لهذا المشروع التنموي، والمحدد التقليدي يعتبر محرّك أساسي للعملية الانتاجية، أمّا السجل اللغوي المحلي محدد أساسي على مستوى الاتصال والتفاعل داخل المصنع، والعامل السائل الذي يستطيع الارتماء داخل الفضاء العقلاني للمصنع. كلمات مفتاحية: العنصر الثقافي، المعطى التقليدي، الحداثة، العامل. Abstract This article is about the issue of local development in its industrial dimension and its relationship to local culture in the Olive canning factory (SARL SIG) in the state of Mascara- western Algeria. This is for the purpose of knowing the relationship between local culture and industrial development, and this is due to the rooting of the olive plantation profession in this region, where it is worth mentioning here the issue of the consolidation of this craft in the history of this region until it reached this modern manifestation in order to know the embodied harmony between the local culture and the industrial element. We relied on the content analysis method of a qualitative nature to achieve the research objectives, using the corresponding technique, we have found a Purposive sample of 15 industrial workers out of 152. The study concluded that the cultural given is the main incubator for this development project, and the traditional determinant is a key driver of the production process, while the local linguistic record is a basic determinant at the level of communication and interaction within the factory, and the liquid factor that can sink into the rational space of the factory.
