التماسك النصي في الدرس الأصولي الدّبوسي والسمعاني أنموذجا

الملخص
إنّ الناظر في كتب الأصول يجدها تحمل عددا كبيرا من المسائل والمباحث التي تشير إلى منطلق نصي مبكر لديهم، حيث كان لقضية وحدة وتماسك النص القرآني من الزاوية الدلالية أهمية بالغة في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية وتأصيلها، فالأصوليون درسوا النص القرآني باعتباره نصا واحدا، حين يتحقق على المستوى الدلالي، ولم يقتصر حديثهم حول الوحدة على النص القرآني وحده، أو النص النبوي وحده، بل كانت رؤيتهم تقرن بين النص القرآني والنص النبوي في قالب واحد، وعليه كانت المسلمة التي يسيرون عليها هي وحدة وتماسك النص القرآني وتلازمه مع النص النبوي، وذلك من خلال تأكيدهم على أدلة الفقه الأربعة وفي مقدمتها الكتاب والسنة، وسنحاول في مقالنا هذا أن نسلط الضوء على تجليات التماسك النصي وظهوره عند الأصوليين من خلال كتابي تقويم الأدلة لأبي زيد الدبوسي وقواطع الأدلة لأبي المظفر السمعاني.
