أثر أدوات السياسة المالية على التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2018م)

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة إشكالية تحليل و قياس أثر أدوات السياسة المالية على معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2018م)، وذلك من خلال استعراض الإطار النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة و تحليل أهم التطورات والأدوات المالية خلال فترة الدراسة، ليتم بعدها إجراء الدراسة التطبيقية القياسية بالإعتماد على نموذج الإنحدار التدريجي وإجراء الإختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة. تظهر أهمية البحث من خلال التطرق إلى دراسة تطور أدوات السياسة المالية في الجزائر وكذا تقييم وقياس أثرها على معدل البطالة خلال الفترة (2000-2018) من خلال اقتراح نموذج قياسي خطي وهو الإنحدار التدريجي، وقد تم الإعتماد على مجموعة تقارير ودوريات رسمية صادرة عن هيئات رسمية وطنية ودولية، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائيSPSS25 في حل النموذج القياسي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير محدود لبعض أدوات السياسة المالية في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة على معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، وذلك طبيعة اقتصاد الجزائر الذي يبقى رهين بمدى تحسن أسعار المحروقات في الأسواق الدولية. Abstract: This study aimed to address the problem of analyzing and measuring the impact of financial This study aimed to address the problem of analyzing and measuring the impact of financial policy tools on the unemployment rate in Algeria during the period (2000-2018), by reviewing the theoretical framework for the study variables and analyzing the most important developments and financial tools during the study period, after which the standard applied study was conducted depending on the stepwise regression model and the appropriate statistical tests. The importance of the research appears by addressing the study of financial policy tools in Algeria, as well as evaluating and measuring their impact on the unemployment rate during the period(2000-2018) by proposing a linear econometric model, which is stepwise regression. We have used a set of official reports and periodicals issued by national and international official bodies, and We also used the statistical program SPSS25 to solve the proposed econometric model The study concluded that there is a limited impact of the financial policy tools in Algeria during the study period on the unemployment rate in Algeria during the study period, due to the nature of the Algerian economy, which remains dependent on the improvement of fuel prices in international markets.
