Financial markets are markets where securities are traded at both national and international levels. Investors or traders buy and sell such securities to make potential profits while trying to keep their risks limited. They also reflect the countries’ economic situation, and the Arab stock exchanges may be the most volatile than their counterparts due to the scarcity of data and the lack of sufficient information, the reason why traders in such markets insist on the need to implement corporate governance to avoid violent vibrations of the indicators, or the control of the stock price trends ups and downs by some individuals. This study will clarify the Arab capital markets status and the enhancement of their activities under governance. Key words: Corporate governance, Arab financial markets, Constraints.
