الملخص

: أضحى الاهتمام منصبا في الآونة الأخيرة في أدبيات الاقتصاد بدراسة الظواهر النقدية لِماَ لهذه المتغيرات من أهمية بالغة في تحريك الآلة الاقتصادية نحو ما تصبوا إليه الحكومات من سياسات و في أولوياتها النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية قصد الوصول إلى هذه الأخيرة وبأقل التكاليف وهي من الأهداف الأساسية على مستوى الاقتصاد الكلي في المدى المتوسط والطويل بالنسبة للدول النامية ،ومن خلال ذلك اصبح لسعر الصرف كسياسة تساهم في تحريك وتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني في الجزائر بما لها من أثر بارز على مختلف متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي ومحدداته وتأتي هذه الدراسة كمساهمة في توضيح مدى فعالية أنظمة سعر الصرف على المتغيرات السابقة الذكر Abstract: The importance of the exchange rate has emerged as a policy that contributes to the movement and development of the national economy in Algeria, which has a significant impact on the various macroeconomic variables and determinants. This study contributes to highlighting the effectiveness of the exchange rate systems on the aforementioned variables, Algeria, like other developing countries, was interested in the exchange rate regime, which underwent a special transformation after the transformation of the trend-oriented economy characterized by Algeria's commitment to the policy of fixing exchange rates to the free economy and the market economy, which was characterized by the transformation to intermediate systems and the floating floating exchange rate through theoretical and empirical studies Both systems have a positive impact on economic growth in Algeria and developing countries but the fixed exchange rate system is more effective in achieving higher economic growth. The study concluded that it is not possible to determine which of these systems has positive effects on growth in each Circumstances and in all economic conditions in other words, every economic system in each country has advantages and characteristics require him to choose what suits him or from the intermediate fixed exchange systems and there is no system fit for any country and in all circumstances.
