الملخص
برز مفهوم الاقتصاد الاجتماعي التضامني كنتاج للعجز السياسي والاقتصادي لانتهاج خيار العولمة، واليوم نجده احتل مكانة مرموقة في الاستراتيجيات الدولية كمدخل من مدخلات التنمية الإنسانية. ونظرا لتفاعلاته الايجابية مع محيطه واعتماده للمقاربات الناجحة عالميا، انتهج المغرب بدوره هذا المسلك، ووجه سياسته نحو الاهتمام بالشق الاجتماعي وكرس لذلك مجموعة برامج بهدف الوصول إلى تعزيز رفاهية المواطن من خلال التعامل مع المشكلات المزمنة التي تواجه الدولة، ومنها تطوير المناطق المحرومة وزيادة معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، والحد من ارتفاع نسب البطالة، واحتواء ضغوط الفاعلين الاجتماعيين، بحيث يشكل هذا الاقتصاد الدعامة الثالثة التي ينبغي أن يقوم عليها الاقتصاد المتوازن والمدمج إلى جانب القطاع العمومي (الحكومي) والقطاع الخاص. The concept of a social and solidarity economy emerged as a product of the political and economic deficits to pursue the choice of globalization, and today we find it occupying a prominent position in international strategies as an input to human development. In view of its positive interactions with its surroundings and its adoption of successful approaches globally. Morocco adopted this approach, directed its policy towards attention to the social aspect and devoted to this a set of programs aimed at reaching to enhance the welfare of the citizen through dealing with chronic problems facing the state, including developing disadvantaged regions and increasing growth rates Economic, reducing high unemployment rates and containing the pressures of social actors, so that this economy is the third pillar on which a balanced and integrated economy should be based on the side of the public (government) and private sector.
