جودة المعلومات وأثرها في تفعيل القيادة الإدارية من وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة كوندور الكترونيك –برج بوعريريج-

الملخص
يؤدي القطاع الصناعي دورا رئيسيا ومحوريا من خلال مساهمته في الحياة الاقتصادية، ومع التطورات السريعة التي تشهدها البيئة الصناعية والاقتصادية الجزائرية اليوم ،فإنها تفرض على المؤسسات التابعة لهذا القطاع التكيف والتأقلم معها من اجل تحقيق الربح و البقاء وزيادة قدرتها على منافسة القطاع الخاص، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا من خلال إدارة رشيدة تتبنى توفير المعلومات بالجودة المناسبة لمساعدة قادة المؤسسات على اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة صوب تحقيق الاهداف المسطرة. لهذا تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر جودة المعلومات بأبعادها المتمثلة في الدقة والوضوح، التوقيت المناسب مرونة المعلومات، وشمولها في تفعيل القيادة الادارية في مؤسسة كوندور الكترونيك بولاية برج بوعريريج حيث اخذت عينة متكونة من 100عامل ، وهذا لقياس اثر جودة المعلومات في تفعيل القيادة الادارية بالمؤسسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة المعلومات بأبعادها المختلفة في تفعيل القيادة الادارية مع اقتراح ضرورة عقد لقاءات دورية ودورات تدريبية للمدراء ومتخذي القرارات لرفع مستوى الوعي بالقيادة الإدارية ،ونقل نتائج هذه اللقاءات والدورات إلى العاملين وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع . Abstract: The industrial sector plays a major and pivotal role through its contribution to economic life, and with the rapid developments in the industrial and economic environment of Algeria today, they impose on the affiliate sector institutions to adapt and cope with them in order to make a profit and survive and increase their ability to compete with the private sector, not achieved only through rational management adopts the provision of adequate quality information to help organizations leaders to make appropriate decisions towards the ruler goals. The study aims at understanding the quality of the information in terms of accuracy, clarity, timeliness and flexibility of information, including the activation of the administrative leadership in the Condor Electronic Foundation in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, where a sample of 100 workers was taken to measure the quality of information in the administrative leadership of the institution. to the presence of a statistically significant effect of the quality of information in its various dimensions activating administrative leadership with the proposal of the need to hold regular meetings and training sessions for managers and decision-makers to raise awareness of the administrative leadership, and the transfer of the results of these meetings and sessions to the Hoping and apply them on the ground.
