التحديات التي تواجه اللغة العربية في عصر الرقمنة

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال الى رصد واقع اللغة العربية في البيئة الرقمية وتحديد العوائق التي تقف في وجه رقمنتها، ومتطلبات مواكبتها للعصر الرقمي واقتراح الحلول المناسبة في ضوء المتغيرات الحالية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: تتعرض اللغة العربية لمعوقات متعددة تقف في طريق مواكبتها للعصر الرقمي جعل مساهمتها ليس بالقدر المطلوب بالرغم مما تملكه من القدرات والخصوصيات تؤهلها لذلك، فهي بحاجة الى أدوات معلوماتية أساسية وتطوير مختلف القدرات سواء على مستوى المحتوى المقدم وتسويقه بالطريقة الصحيحة، وإنتاج المعلومات والتقنيات البرمجية، مع توحيد الجهود وسرعة الإنجاز لأن اللغة رهينة بقدرة مستعمليها واستعداداتهم. This article aims to monitor the reality of the Arabic language in the digital environment and identifies the obstacles to its digitization and the requirements of keeping up with the digital age and proposing appropriate solutions in light of current changes. The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which: the Arabic language is exposed to multiple obstacles stand in the way of keeping up with the digital age making its contribution not to the required extent despite its capabilities and characteristics qualifying it for it, it needs basic information tools and the development of various capacities both at the level of the content provided and marketed in the right way, and the production of information and software technologies while unifying efforts and speed of achievement because the language is hostage to the ability of its users and their preparations.
