الملخص

ملخّص: تعد المواقف اللغوية عنصرا مهما ومُعِيناً في سبيل وضع خطة مشروع لتنمية لغة مجتمع ما في نطاق ما يسمى ب(التقييس) أو (إصلاح الوضع اللغوي)، فقد أثبتت الأبحاث أن دراسة المواقف اللغوية من أهم الأدوات وأجداها في التخطيط اللغوي للمجتمع تقويما واستكشافا، وتبدو العلاقة بين التخطيط اللغوي والمواقف اللغوية علاقة تبادلية، فالتخطيط الجيد يساعد في تحسين المواقف الاجتماعية من لغة ما، كما أن الدراسات العميقة والمستفيضة للمواقف اللغوية ستساعد في بناء تخطيط لغوي متين ومحكم. ومن هاهنا جاءت الإشكالية الرئيسة لهذا البحث والمتمثلة في: أين يكمن أثر المواقف اللغوية الاجتماعية في توجيه السياسة اللغوية العامة للبلاد؟ وكيف يمكن أن تُعْتَمَدَ المواقف اللغوية الاجتماعية من قبل السياسيين والمخططين أساسا في تخطيط للوضع اللغوي أو التقييس اللغوي بما يتناسب مع حاجات المجتمع وتطلعاته؟ Abstract: Research has proven that studying linguistic situations is one of the most important and most useful tools in linguistic planning for society in terms of evaluation and exploration, and the relationship between linguistic planning and linguistic situations appears to be a reciprocal relationship. Good planning helps in improving social attitudes of a language, and deep and extensive studies of linguistic positions will help in building linguistic planning Durable and compact. Hence here came the main problem of this research, which is: Where does the effect of social linguistic positions lie in guiding the general language policy of the country? How can social linguistic positions be adopted by politicians and planners mainly in planning for the linguistic situation or linguistic standardization in proportion to the needs and aspirations of society?
