الملخص
نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى تفصيل القول في أحد المصطلحات الفكر ية المعاصرة من خلالبيان ما يحمله هذا اللّفظ من معان، وذلك بالابتداء بتعر يف الإنسانية لغة واصطلاحا، ثمّ بيان مراد القرآن ال كريم من ذكره للفظ الإنسان وارتباطه بهذا المصطلح، وكذلك بيان مراد أهل الفكر المعاصر بهذا المصطلح، ثمّ موطن التعارض والاتفاق بين النّظرتين الش ّرعية والفلسفية حول مدلول هذا المصطلح وفق قاعدة التوقف في اللّفظ حتى يستفصل في معناه؛ لأن ّه من المجمل الذّي يحتاج إلى بيان واضح، إمّا مقبول أو مردود. We seek through this research to detail the statement in one of the contemporary intellectual terms through the statement of what the meaning of this word, by beginning to define humanity language and terminology, and then statement Murad of the Quran from the mention of the human word and its connection to this term, The contemporary of this term, and then the place of conflict and agreement between the legal and philosophical views on the meaning of this term according to the rule of cessation of the word until it is separated in its meaning; for it is a total that needs a clear statement, either acceptable or return
