الملخص

يدرس المقال مظاهر الصراع بين جيلي الآباء والأبناء في مؤسسة الأسرة الجزائرية، وبين جيلي الأساتذة والطلبة في مؤسسة الجامعة والتي تعكس في جوهرها الاختلاف والتناقض في أنماط التفكير وأجهزة القيم ومعايير السلوك بين أجيال تعيش نفس الحقبة الزمنية ولكنها تملك تصورات ومواقف متنافرة. من هذا المنطلق يسلط هذا المقال الضوء على ظاهرة صراع الأجيال من خلال دراسة أبعاد المفهوم على المستوى الغربي ،العربي والمحلي اعتمادا على التنظير السوسيولوجي الذي يتيح إبراز دلالات وأبعاد الظاهرة ، والكشف عن دور بعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية في إثارة الصراع بين الأجيال. وعليه قراءة الأدبيات المهتمة بظاهرة صراع الأجيال أتاحت فرز مجموعة من العناصر التحليلية وظفت لاحقا في مقاربة الواقع الجزائري من الزاوية المقترحة في المقال،الأمر الذي أفضى إلى مجموعة من النتائج المؤقتة، تمت مناقشتها بشكل مركز بما يخدم غايات المقال. الكلمات المفاتيح: صراع الأجيال، الأسرة ، الجامعة، الواقع الجزائري. Résumé : Les aspects du conflit entre les générations au sein des institutions de la famille et l’ université. Eléments théoriques pour approcher la réalité algérienne . Notre papier étudie les aspects du conflits des générations comme présents au sein de la famille algérienne entre les parents et leur enfants, d’une part, et comme présents au sein de l’université entre les enseignants et les étudiants dans une autre part. Ce conflit exprime l’opposition et la contradiction existants entre deux générations vivants dans la même ère mais ayant des représentations et positions opposées au niveau des modes de penséé,l’appareil des valeurs et les normes de comportement. C’est à partir de cet angle ‘attaque que notre papier se penche sur les dimensions du concept comme élabore dans la littérature sociologique occidentale, Arabe et locale, le fait qui a révélé les signifiances et les dimensions lies au phénomène étudie, ainsi que quelques variables sociales e leur rôle influent. Par conséquent, cette littérature nous a permis de dégager un ensemble d’éléments analytiques que nous avons exploite dans l’approche de la réalité algérienne pour obtenir enfin de parcours quelques résultats temporaires discutées sciemment au vu des objectifs de l’étude. Les mots clés : Le conflit des générations, la famille, L’université, la réalité algérienne. Abstract: Generational conflict aspects with in the institutions of family and university. Theoretical elements in approaching the Algerian reality. The paper deals with the generational conflict occurring firstly within the Algerian family institution between parents and their children, and secondly within the university between teachers and students. A conflict reflecting the opposition and contradiction embodied in the frames of thinking, values apparatus and norms of bahaviour,between two generations living in the same era but with colliding representations and positions. 1 According to this angle, the paper scrutinizes generational conflict phenomenon through dealing with the concept dimensions as elaborated in western and Arab worlds and locally too, sustained in this task by sociological accounts revealing the significances and dimensions and some variables related to the phenomenon. Consequently, the literature contributed in defining some analytical components used in the second stage in approaching the Algerian reality.
