التراث المعماري بمنطقة بني ورتلان بين المقومات المعتبرة وضعف الاستغلال

الملخص
الحفاظ على التراث المعماري من خلال تثمينه واستغلاله فكرة جديرة بالاهتمام وخاصة إذا ما تجسدت في أرض الواقع بالشكل الصحيح. وهذه المقال مساهمة من أجل تجسيدها في منطقة بني ورتلان ذات المقدرات التراثية المعمارية وغير المعمارية الهامة والتي تنتظر الاستغلال الأمثل. في هذا المقال سنقوم أولا بعرض مختلف مقومات التراث المعماري بالمنطقة موضحين أهميتها التاريخية والثقافية وسنقوم ثانيا بعرض مختلف محاولات استغلالها في الإطار السياحي وغير السياحي من قِبَل بعض الفاعليين المحليين وسنحاول ثالثا اقتراح التوصيات التي من شانها أن تساهم في دفع عجلة الحفاظ على التراث المعماري وتثمنه سياحيا في المنطقة المدروسة. منهجيا يعتمد بحثنا على استغلال الدراسات السابقة، الملاحظة الميدانية، تحليل والوثائق الصادرة عن الفاعلين المحليين، الحوار مع بعض المسؤولين المحلين ورؤساء الجمعيات السياحية العاملة في المنطقة المدروسة. Abstract: Preserving architectural heritage by enhancing it is an interesting idea, especially if it is well translated into reality. This article is a contribution to its implementation in the region of Beni Ourtilane, which has important architectural and non-architectural heritage capacities and which expects an optimal exploitation of these riches. In this paper, we will first present the different components of the architectural heritage of the region, explaining its historical and cultural importance, and secondly, we will present the different attempts of exploitation in the tourist framework and in other frameworks by some local actors. Thirdly, we will try to propose recommendations that would contribute to the progress of the preservation of the architectural heritage and its tourist development in the studied area. Methodologically, our study is based on the exploitation of previous studies, field observation, analyses and documents issued by local actors, and dialogue with some local elected officials and leaders of tourist associations operating in the studied area.
