الملخص

تهدف دراسة الآليات المستحدثة لمكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية في التشريع الجزائري ، تحديدا القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي و المالي، إلى إبراز خطورة الجرائم الاقتصادية و مدى اعتبارها دافعا قانونيا لاستثنائها بآليات متخصصة ، و سلطات مستحدثة ، و من جهة أخرى مدى كفايتها في تعزيز آليات مجابهة الجريمة ،مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن الجهاز بكر و أن مرحلة تقييمه سابقة لأوانها . و خلصنا لكون الجرائم الاقتصادية من جرائم الخطر، وان اعتماد جهازا قضائيا متخصصا يعد منهجا لاستكمال دعائم سياسة الدولة في إرساء ضمانات فعالة ، محققة للعدل و الإنصاف . كما أن القطب الجزائي المستحدث من الضمانات التي اهتدى إليها المشرع الجزائري و إن كانت التجربة ليست بالحديثة في الجزائري و بالتالي يمكن القول انه بأعادة إحياءها تتكرس الرغبة في تمتين دعائم مكافحة الجريمة. The aim of studying the developed mechanisms to combat economic crimes in Algerian legislation, specifically the economic and financial penal pole, is to highlight the seriousness of economic crimes, and whether they are legally justified to exclude them with specialized mechanisms and new powers. On the other hand their adequacy in strengthening mechanisms to confront crime .while Bearing in mind that the device is new and its evaluation is premature. We concluded that economic crimes are dangerous .That the Algerian legislature by adopting a specialized judicial body, takes the approach of building the pillars of state policy in combating crimes, achieve justice and fairness. The new penal pole is one of the guarantees that the Algerian legislator has guided,even if the experience is not recent, therefore he revived it to strengthen the pillars of fighting crime adopted by the state
