المعجم التّعليمي المتخصّص وتعليم اللّغة لغير الناطقين بها- الحاجات التعلّّّّّّمية والمدوّنة المعجمية-

الملخص
إنّ من أهم القضايا الراهنة التي تسعى المعجمية إلى معالجتها تلك التي يُثيرها المعجم التعليمي المتخصّص في تعليم اللغة لغير الناطقين بها. وعلى الرغم من الجهود التي بذلت، لازال هذا النوع من المعاجم يعرف عدّة نقائص تحول دون تحقيق الغايات التعليمية المحدّدة له. يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ما تقتضيه الضرورة التعليمية من مراعاة للحاجات اللغوية للمتعلّمين في المعجم التعليمي المتخصّص، والوقوف على أهميتها في تعليم اللغة لغير الناطقين بها. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها أنّ الاختلال المنهجي الذي يعتري هذا المعجم يتعلق على وجه الخصوص ببناء المدوّنة المعجمية، وبالنقص في الضبط المصطلحي، إلى جانب عدم وضع الحاجات اللغوية للمتعلّمين في صلب منهجيات صناعة هذا المعجم. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعجمية، المعجم التعليمي المتخصّص، الضبط المصطلحي، الحاجات التعلّمية. One of the most important current issues that the lexicology seeks to address are those raised by the specialized educational dictionary in teaching language to non-native speakers. Despite the efforts that have been made, this type of dictionaries still knows several shortcomings that prevent the achievement of the educational goals specified for it. This research aims to clarify what the educational necessity requires of taking into account the learning needs in the specialized educational dictionary, and to determine its importance in teaching the language to non-native speakers. Among the findings, the methodological imbalance in this dictionary is related in particular to the construction of the lexical corpus, the lack of terminological control, and the failure to place the language needs of learners at the core of the methodologies for elaborating this dictionary.
