الملخص
ملخص: مرت الحركات الاجتماعية الاحتجاجية في الجزائر بمراحل عدة من التأطير والقوة وبمجموعة من الخصائص المشتركة، شكلت جزءا لا يتجزأ من الزمن الطبيعي للحياة بمختلف مناطق البلاد؛ تدرس هذه الورقة تفسيرات لهذه الظاهرة كمدخل لحالة الاضطراب وغياب الأمن والسلم الاجتماعيين لفترة 2011-2016، معتمدة على المؤشرات الحاسمة للاستقرار السياسي خصوصا ما تعلق منها بمخرجات السياسة العامة لسياسات التشغيل، ضمن مجموعة من العوامل المختلفة التي تشكل تأثيرا مباشرا وغير مباشر تتلخص ضمن نظم البناء الاجتماعي "السياسية، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية". سنضع الموضوع أولاً في إطاره النظري، يتبعه طرح في السياق التاريخي التراكمي الذي نشأت فيه الظاهرة، مع مراجعة أساليب النظام في المعالجة وتحول الأوضاع الاجتماعية، لنعرض بذلك دراسة في البديل الاقتصادي، من خلال عرض نتائج تحليل القياسات التي تبين مستوى المرونة في التعامل، لنبحث عن أهم الاستخلاصات والتوصيات التي يمكن الأخذ بها على مستوى التجربة المحلية في الجزائر. Abstract: Historically, the social protest movements in Algeria have gone through several stages of framing, strength, and a set of common characteristics, which have formed an integral part of the normal life time in the various regions of the country. Interestingly, this study examines interpretations of this phenomenon as an introduction to the state of turmoil, lack of social security and peace for the period 2011-2016, depending on critical indicators of political stability, especially those related to public policy outcomes for employment policies, Within a group of different factors that constitute a direct and indirect effect, they are summarized within the social construction systems "political, social and economic". As a matter of fact ,the theoretical framework should take part at first, followed by a presentation in the cumulative historical context in which the phenomenon arose, with a review of the system’s methods of treatment and the transformation of social conditions, to present a study in the economic alternative, by presenting the results of the analysis of measures that show the level of flexibility in dealing, so we search for The most important conclusions and recommendations that can be taken at the level of the local context in Algeria
