استراتيجيات التأسيس لتحرير المقال العلمي في علوم الإنسان

الملخص
يتناول المقال الحالي أساسيات مهّمة تتعلق باستراتيجية "هندسة مقال علمي في مجال تخصص علوم الإنسان"؛ يروم أولا تمّكين الطالب الجزائري في الطّور الثالث من التكوين الجامعي من الحصول على نظرة شّمولية متكاملة لمفهوم المقال (الأدّبي والاجتماعي) وتوجّيهه نحو معرفة خطوات وأصول مباشرة البّناء المعرفي والمنهجي لمشّروع مقاله وفق أسس ومعايير علمية سّليمة، فيما يروم ثانيا تناول أهم الصّعوبات والمعّيقات في مواجّهة النشر العلمي في المجلات الوطنية فضّلا عن اقتراح مجموعة من الآليّات لمرافقة تكوين الطالب الجامعي في الأطوار الثلاثة (الأول والثاني والثالث) بيداغوجيا وبحثيا لتأهيله وترقية البحث العلمي وتصنيف جامعاتنا دوليا في المستقبل. The current article deals with important basics related to the strategy of "Engineering a Scientific Essay in the Field of Human Sciences"; It aims first to enable the Algerian student in the third stage of university training to obtain a comprehensive and integrated view of the concept of the article (literary and social) and to guiding him towards knowing the steps and origins of directing the knowledge and methodological construction of his essay project according to sound scientific foundations and standards, while secondly it aims to address the most important difficulties and obstacles in confronting Scientific publishing in national journals, as well as proposing a set of mechanisms to accompany the formation of the university student in the three phases pedagogically and research to qualify him and promote scientific research and classify our universities internationally in the future.
