الملخص

ملخص: هدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح مدى تأثير الهندسة الوراثية على حقوق الإنسان والتعرف على هذه الحقوق في هذا المجال مع كيفية حمايتها، من خلال الكشف عن التطبيقات المختلفة للهندسة الوراثية المتعلقة بالإنسان من أجل الوقوف على الجوانب السلبية لها. وخلصنا أن للهندسة الوراثية تطبيقات سلبية تثير كثيرا من الجدل حيث تؤثر وتمس بحقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية، والتي تمس أيضا بكرامته وتنتهك حرمة كيانه البشري وتجلب له ما لا يحتسب من الكوارث والمتاعب على المدى الطويل. كلمات مفتاحية: الهندسة الوراثية، البصمة الوراثية، الجينوم البشري، حقوق الإنسان Abstract: The aim of this research is to clarify the extent of the impact of genetic engineering on human rights and to identify these rights in this field with how to protect them, by revealing the various applications of genetic engineering related to humans in order to identify the negative aspects of it. We concluded that genetic engineering has negative applications that raise a lot of controversy as it affects and affects human rights and basic freedoms, which affect his dignity, violate the sanctity of his human being, and bring him uncountable disasters and troubles in the long run.
