رقابة الأحزاب السياسية على الاستحقاقات الانتخابية – دراسة تحليلية في قانون الانتخابات الصادر سنة 2021

الملخص
تعتبر الأحزاب السياسية من أهم الجهات حرصا على حسن تطبيق قانون الانتخابات، لأن أي مخالفة له من قبل أطراف العملية الانتخابية، تجعل هذه الأحزاب تمارس رقابة على بعض المحطات التي تمر بها الاستحقاقات الانتخابية التي تجرى على المستويين الوطني والمحلي لإضفاء نوع من المصداقية والنزاهة على أي إجراء يهدف إلى الوصول لنتائج تعبر بصدق عن إرادة الناخبين. وعليه تسعى الأحزاب السياسية من خلال عملية الرقابة إلى توفير مناخ أفضل للتنافس السياسي عن طريق تكريس مبدأ المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، حيث ركزت في مطالبها على وجوب إدخال إصلاحات تستهدف تحسين مستويات الرقابة لتوفير ضمانات قانونية تكفل حماية العملية الانتخابية من أي تزوير. Abstract: Political parties are one of the most important parties in ensuring the proper application of the electoral law, since any violation of it by the parties to the electoral process, these parties exercise control over some of the stations which benefit the voters. elections that take place at national and local levels to give a kind of credibility and integrity to any procedure It aims to achieve results that honestly express the will of the voters. Consequently, political parties seek, through the process of control, to create a better climate of political competition based on the principle of equality and equal opportunities. In their demands, they emphasized the need to introduce reforms aimed at improving levels of control in order to provide legal guarantees to protect the electoral process from any fraud.
