الملخص
الأخطاء الطبية التي يرتكبها موظفوا المؤسسات الإستشفائية أثناء ممارسة مهامهم ،ونوع وطبيعة المسؤولية المترتية على ذلك،هذه مجمل محاور هذه المداخلة التي جاءت لتجيب عن هذه التساؤلات وتحدد طبيعة المسؤولية المسندة للإدارة الإستشفائية باعتبارها مرفقا عاما ملزم بتقديم خدماته ضمن الأطر القانونية والمهنية، وتمييز ذلك عن غيرها من الأخطاء المرتكبة والتي تسبب بدورها أضرار بالغير . Medical errors committed by employees in hospital institutions during the exercise of their duties, and the type and nature of responsibility entailed in that, are the entirety of the axes of this intervention that came to answer these questions and determine the nature of the responsibility assigned to the hospital administration as a public facility obligated to provide its services within the legal and professional frameworks, and distinguish that from Other errors committed that cause harm to others.
