ضعف طلبة الدكتوراه في اللغات الأجنبية و انعكاسه على التكوين النوعي في اللسانيات

الملخص
تُعدُ البرامج الجامعية في التكوين في الللسانيات في الجامعة الجزائرية من البرامج التي تحتاج لضرورة ملحة إلى التعديل والتكييف بما تتطلبه التطورات العلمية و التكنولوجية واللغوية في العالم، فمعظم البرامج التعليمية هي نظرية بنسبة كبيرة جداً،ومترجمة من لغات أجنبية قد لا يُفكر الطالب أو الباحث حتى في تعلّم كلمة واحدة منها مثل اللغة الروسية التي أُلّفت بها معظم النظريات اللغوية في العالم(الشكلانية،حلقة موسكو،حلقة الأبوياز،حلقة براغ،المدرسة الصوتية الفونولوجية الروسية...إلخ)،وكذلك حلقة "كوبنهاقن" التي نُشرت أعمالها باللغة الدانماركية،وحلقتي "برلين" و"فيينا" باللغة الألمانية، وتبقى المدارس الأخرى مثل"البنيوية الأوروبية"،"الوظيفية الفرنسية"،"التوزيعية الأمريكية"،"النحو التوليدي"،من أهم النظريات اللسانية التي يتعرف عليها الطالب في تكوينه اللساني،لكن يبقى مشكل اللغة هو العائق الوحيد في فهم واستيعاب النظريات،التي يجد الطالب ضالته في الترجمة العربية،ظناً منه أنه متمكناً من النظريات بصفة كلية، كون تكوينه في اللغات الأجنبية متوسط وضعيف في أغلب الحالات لايُؤهله بأن يطلع على المؤلفات اللغوية بلغتها الأصلية،لهذا يجب على القائمين على وضع البرامج اللغوية التطبيقية بتكثيف حصص اللغات الأجنبية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكوين-البرنامج التعليمي-اللغات-اللسانيات-طلبة الدكتوراه. Résumé: Les programmes universitaires de formation en linguistique de l’Université d’Algérienne sont des programmes qui doivent être mis en place de toute urgence pour s’adapter aux exigences de l’évolution scientifique, technologique et linguistique dans le monde. La plupart des programmes éducatifs sont très théoriques et traduits à partir de langues étrangères peuvent ne pas penser l’étudiant ou le chercheur, même dans l’apprentissage d’un mot, tel que la langue russe, qui a composé la plupart des théories linguistiques dans le monde Phonologie russe, etc.), ainsi que le "Copenhague», qui a été publié en danois, Berlin et Vienne en allemand. Parmi les théories linguistiques les plus importantes que l'étudiant reconnaît dans sa composition linguistique, le structuralisme européen, la fonctionnalité française, le distributionnalisme américain et la grammaire syntaxique font partie des théories linguistiques les plus importantes, même si le problème de la langue reste le seul obstacle à la compréhension et à l'assimilation des théories trouvées. L'étudiant est un étudiant en traduction arabe, pensant maîtriser les théories en général, car leurs niveau en langues étrangères est moyenne et faible dans la plupart des cas pour lui permettre de réviser la littérature linguistique dans sa langue d'origine. Par conséquent, les concepteurs de programmes linguistiques devraient intensifier les séances de langues étrangères. Abstract: Undergraduate programs in linguistics training at the Algerian University are among the programs that urgently need modification and adaptation as required by scientific, technological and linguistic developments in the world. Berlin" and "Vienna" are in German, and other schools such as "European structuralism", "French functionalism", "American distributive", "Generative grammar" remain among the most important linguistic theories that students learn about in their linguistic formation, but the language problem remains The only obstacle in understanding and comprehending the theories, which the student finds what he finds in Arabic translation, thinking that he is fully capable of theories, is that his formation in foreign languages is average and weak in most cases, which does not qualify him to read linguistic theories in their own language.
