الملخص
تهتم الدراسة بإظهار الوجه الغير عادي للنزاعات المسلحة، إلى جانب الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان المتأثرة أساسًا بأنشطة الحرب والأسلحة المستخدمة، وأن تثبت أن الضرر يمتد إلى البيئة بشكل أساسي، ما يهدد المجتمع ككل بطريقة جوهرية. كما تلقي الضوء على الأساليب التي يعتمدها القانون الدولي الإنساني، والأسلحة والحدود المقبولة إنسانيًا في النزاعات المسلحة، خصوصا أن المعلومات حول العديد من النزاعات الأخيرة التي حدثت في أجزاء من العالم، وتقارير المنظمات الدولية المختصة، وأجهزة القانون الدولي الإنساني، تؤكد أن معايير القانون الدولي الإنساني هي آلية مهمة لحماية البيئة ومختلف عناصرها، وبالتالي حماية استدامة حياة الإنسان والبيئة معا. The study is concerned with showing the unusual face of armed conflicts, along with the serious violations of human rights mainly affected by the war activities and the weapons used, and to prove that the damage extends mainly to the environment, which threatens society as a whole in a fundamental way. It also sheds light on the methods adopted by international humanitarian law, weapons and humanitarianly acceptable limits in armed conflicts, especially since information about many recent conflicts that occurred in parts of the world, and reports of competent international organizations, and bodies of international humanitarian law, confirm that the standards of international humanitarian law It is an important mechanism for protecting the environment and its various components, thus protecting the sustainability of human life and the environment together.
