واقع الحق في البيئة بين متطلبات جودة الحق في الحياة والأمن المستدام

الملخص
يساهم الحق في البيئة في تحقيق جودة الحق في الحياة و الأمن المستدام، وذلك لأنه يشكل وسيلة أساسية لإشباع حاجات الأفراد المحققة لحياة نوعية. كما أن ضمان هذا الحق يساهم في تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية الضامنة لأمن الأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية، وهذا بدوره يسمح باستدامة الحياة الجيدة لهم. فالحق في البيئة يساهم في توفير الموارد الأساسية الداعمة للتنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية العاملة على تحسين نوعية الحياة، كما أن التركيز على الحقوق البيئية للأجيال المستقبلية يساهم في خلق رفاه مستقبلي وضمان أمن مستدام. The right to the environment contributes to achieve the quality of right to life and sustainable security, because it is a fundamental way to satisfy the needs of individuals which realized the quality of life. Also, ensuring this right contributes to achieve environmental sustainability, which guarantees the security of current and future generation, and this in turn allows to achieve the sustainable quality of life to them. The right to the environment contributes to the provision of basic resources to support economic and social development that improves the quality of life, focusing on the environmental rights of future generations contributes to the creation of future well-being and sustainable security.
