الملخص
Result oriented changes in the world early Nineties twentieth century and deteriorating economic conditions, payment of Arab countries to liberalize their economies and opened the way for the private sector after the governments of the countries dominated entirely on economic activities through the provision of Economic Planning, to facilitate this task has been to resort to reform and the liberalization of the financial sector, which is the basis of the important role played by the financial sector in promoting balanced economic growth and sustainable, experience has shown the college and structural reforms that the ability of the economy to weather the negative economic situation is substantially the size of reforms and deregulation policies in view of the financial contribution of the financial sector to raise efficiency economy and the achievement of stability.
