الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: الإنسان كائن اجتماعي بطبعه وغريزته، إذ يحتاج للعيش ضمن مجموعات يمارس كل فرد فيها وظيفية معينة بما يلبي حاجات الجماعة بشكل عام، ولكن هذا لا ينفي أسباب الخلاف التي قد تحدث بين بعض أفراد هذه المجموعة مع بعضهم البعض أو بين هذه المجموعة ومجموعات أخرى، ومن هنا بالتحديد وبدافع الدفاع عن النفس والمصلحة الشخصية أو الجماعية تتشكل مشاعر العداوة والعدوان التي قد تتطور في ظروف معينة لتنتج شكلاً من أشكال السلوك الإجرامي،إذ يعتبر موضوع الجريمة موضوع العصر من أهم المواضيع في علم النفس إذ يدرس الجريمة من جميع جوانبها بالتركيز على الشخص الذي يرتكبها ،ودراسة السلوك الإجرامي حسب كل حالة، وفي هذا المجال ارتأينا من خلال هذه الدراسة التي سنركز فيها على السلوك الإجرامي من الجانب السيكولوجي وما هي أهم النظريات النفسية التي فسرت الجريمة لنتطرق بعدها لأهم الأسباب والدوافع وراء السلوك الإجرامي . Study summary: Man is a social being by nature and instinct, as he needs to live within groups in which each individual exercises a certain function in a way that meets the needs of the group in general, but this does not negate the causes of conflict that may occur between some members of this group with each other or between this group and other groups, hence Specifically and out of self-defense and personal or collective interest, feelings of enmity and aggression are formed that may develop in certain circumstances to produce a form of criminal behavior, as the subject of crime is considered one of the psychological topics that it studies in all its aspects by focusing on the person who commits it, as well as studying criminal behavior according to each Case, and through this study, we will focus on criminal behavior from the psychological side and the most important psychological theories that explained the crime, so that we will then address the most important causes and motives behind criminal behavior.
