أزمة الرجولة والحراك النسوي بقطاع التعليم في الجزائر من وجهة نظر الذكور: قراءة أنثروبو ديموغرافية The Crisis Of Virility And Feminist Mobility In Education Sector At Algeria From Male Perspective:anthropo-démography Reading

الملخص
نستعرض في هذه الورقة البحثية الكيفية التي تتم من خلالها تنشئة الجنسين في الأسرة الجزائرية على التمايز والاختلاف، إذ لم تعد تُهيء الرجال لحُب ألعاب السلطة، ولم تعد تستوعب طموحاتهم ورغبتهم في تحقيق هويتهم الرجولية، في مُقابل تسعى لتهيئة النساء للعب أدوار جديدة، خاصة مع تنامي تعليم وخروج المرأة للعمل، وبفضل الحقوق التي ناضلت من أجلها النساء باتت تقترب بحكمة من دواليب السلطة وتطمح في الانخراط فيها بشكل مُباشر دون وكالة، أي أنهن سحبن تلك الوكالات من الرجال سواء كانوا أزواجاً أو آباء أو إخوة، بل أكثر من ذلك ليس هناك تعاطف مع «الهمّ الذكوري» كما يسمية بيار بورديو، حيث يتموقع الرجال في وضع مُتأزم، كميكانيزم دفاعي ضد حالة اللا أمن واللاقانون والتمييز الجنسي...، وأفسحوا المجال للنساء اللواتي بدأن في التحالف مع بعضهن لمواجهة الظلم القائم ضدهن، مع تنامي اقتراحات نظام اجتماعي بديل يؤَّمن لهن المُساواة. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة أنثروبو-ديموغرافية على المنهح الإثنوجرافي في العمل الميداني نظراً لطبيعة الموضوع وخصوصيته العميقة في تقصي الحقائق والمعلومات من أصحابها، من خلال الحديث عن تصوراتهم، طموحاتهم، أحلامهم، والعوائق التي تعترضهم، وعليه كانت عينة الدراسة مقصودة وتمّ الوصول إليها من خلال عينة كرة الثلج، وهي 15 حالة من الذكور تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 18 إلى 37 سنة (ذكور)، كما اعتمدت على المنهج الإحصائي معتمدين على بعض الأدوات مثل: معامل الارتباط، معامل التحديد، معدل التمدرس، معادلة الانحدار الخطي... Abstract: In this paper, we try to address how gender is shaped in the Algerian family on distinguish and differentiation. It no longer prepares men to love power games and no longer accommodates their ambitions and desire to achieve their masculine identity, as opposed to seeking to prepare women to play new roles, The growing education and exit of women to work, and thanks to the rights that women fought for, are approaching wisely from the wheels of power and aspire to engage them directly without an agency, that is, they withdraw those agencies from men, whether they are husbands, fathers or brothers, but more than that there is no sympathy With «masculine concern» how much Pierre Bourdieu, where men are in a state of crisis, as a defensive mechanism against insecurity, lawlessness and sexual discrimination...have given way to women who have begun to ally themselves with the injustice they face, with the growing proposals of an alternative social system that guarantees equality. In the present study, we rely on the ethnography of the field in view of the nature of the subject and its deep specificity in investigating the facts and information of their owners by talking about their perceptions, ambitions, dreams and obstacles. Therefore, the sample of the study was intended and reached through the snowball sample, which are 15 cases of males between the ages of 18 to 37 years (males). It also relied on the statistical method relying on some tools such as: correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, schooling rate, linear regression equation...
