الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية أدوات الاتصال وعلاقتها بالأمن الصناعي، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجهها، حيث تم اخذ عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها 145 من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وأعتمد الباحث في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات ببرنامج (SPSS). كما استعان بالمنهج الوصفي القائم على جمع وتحليل ما كتب عن الموضوع من كتب وأبحاث ودراسات لبناء الخلفية النظرية للدراسة. فتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - الكشف عن وجود اتصال كتابي متوسط بانسياب المعلومات من الإدارة إلى المنفذين والمشرفين سواء عن طريق التقارير أو عن طريق لإعلانات. - استعمال الاتصال الشفوي بدرجة أكبر، حيث يعتمد العمال فيه على الاتصال بالمشرف المباشر أو استغلال الاجتماعات لإيصال كل انشغالاتهم، رغم تفضيلهم الاتصال ومقابلة المدير مباشرة. - وجود اتصال غير لفظي بدرجة متوسطة من خلال الإشارات. - وجود اتصالات الكترونية تعتمد عليها الشركة بمختلف أشكالها. - استعمال لغات متعددة بين الأفراد تبعا لتعدد الثقافات بحكم أن الشركة مختلطة بين شركة وطنية وشركتين أجنبيتين. Cette étude vise à connaitre l'efficacité des outils de communication organisationnel le et sa relation avec la sécurité industrielle, ainsi que les contraintes auxquelles elle fait face; tenterons de suggérer des solutions qui peuvent contribuer à l’amelioration de la communication organisa-tionnelle au sein de l’entreprise (ISG(.. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons choisi un échantillon représentatif aléatoire composé de 145 enquêtés de l’ensemble de notre population d'enquête. Nous avons utilisé le programme (SPSS). dans l’analyse des données, de même que la méthode descriptive et analytique.Notre étude a mené aux résultats suivants :- L'existence d'une communication écrite entre l'administration et les employés,.- L'existence d'une communication non orale (gestuelle, traits du visage)-L'existence d'une communication électronique (internet, intranet...) L'utilisation de plusieurs langues car il s'git d'une entreprise mixte. The aim of this study is to identify the effect-iveness of communication tools and their relationship to industrial security, and to detect the obstacles they face, where a simple random sample of 145 members of the study population was taken, and the researcher adopted in the analysis of data and information program (SPSS). We also used the descriptive approach. The study reached the following results: - Detect the existence of a different electronic communication and non-verbal and written average flow of information from the admin-istration to the implementers and supervisors, either through reports or through announcements, and the use of multiple languages. - Using oral communication more often, where workers rely on direct contact with the supervisor or the use of meetings to communicate all their concerns, despite their preference to contact and meet directly with the manager.
