البنية العاملية لمقياس الثقافة الصحية والمخاطر المهنية لدي الممرضين العاملين في القطاع الصحي العمومي الجزائري

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة البنية العاملية لمقياس الثقافة الصحية (healthy culture) ومقياس الحوادث المهنية ( (occupational accident لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي العمومي ، ولتحقيق الدراسة أهدافها تم تطوير نموذج عملي لكلا المقياسين حيث أشتمل الأول على 15 عبارة و المقياس الثاني على 10 عبارات وزعت على عينة قوامها 140 مفردة من الممرضين العاملين في المؤسسة الاستشفائية الإخوة بوخشم ببلدية واد العثمانية ولاية ميلة، بالاعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss لتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها عبر برنامج أموس AMOS (Analyses of Moment Structure) ، وبعد عملية تحليل البيانات تبين أن المقياسين يتمتعان ببنية عاملية وهذا ما تؤكده نتائج الصدق التقاربي والموثوقية العالية في حين لم يحقق الصدق التمايزي. l'étude visait à étudier la structure globale de l'échelle de la culture saine et de l'échelle des accidents du travail chez les travailleurs du secteur de la santé publique, et pour atteindre ses objectifs, un modèle pratique pour les deux échelles a été développé, où la première comprenait 15 phrases et la seconde mesure 10 phrases ont été distribuées sur un échantillon de 140 infirmiers individuels travaillant à l'hôpital Frère Boukhsham dans la commune d'Oued Athmania, état de Mila, en fonction du progiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (spss) pour analyser les données obtenues grâce au programme AMOS (Analyses de Moment Structure), et après le processus d'analyse des données, il a été constaté que les deux mesures sont une mondialisation respectueuse de l'environnement, ce qui est confirmé par les résultats de la proximité et de la haute fiabilité sans atteindre une honnêteté différentielle. The study aimed to study the global structure of the healthy culture scale and the occupational accident scale among workers in the public health sector , and in order to achieve its objectives , a practical model for both scale was developed , where the first included15 phrases and the second measure 10 phrases were distributed on a sample of 140 individual nurses working in the hospital Brother Boukhsham in the municipality of Oued Athmania , Mila state , depending on the statistical package for social science (spss) to analyze the data obtained through the AMOS program (Analyses of Moment Structure) , and after the data analyses process it was found that the two measures are environmentally friendly globalization and this is confirmed by the results of the proximity and high reliability while not achieving differential honesty
