صيانة وترميم المخطوطات بين الأسلوب العلمي والواقع العملي: دراسة وصفية لمخطوطات الزاوية العثمانية بدائرة طولقة -ولاية بسكرة-

الملخص
أتت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع مخطوطات الزاوية العثمانية بدائرة طولقة – ولاية بسكرة-من ناحية ظروف حفظها وطرق معالجتها، وكذا توضيح الأساليب العلمية المتبعة لإعادة تهيئة المتضررة منها جراء مختلف العوامل، مستعينين في ذلك على أسلوبي المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات، باعتبارهما من أساليب المنهج الوصفي المعتمد لوصف وتحليل واقع حفظ ومعالجة المخطوطات بالزاوية. وقد خلصت إلى أن قاعة حفظ المخطوطات تتمتع بظروف حفظ لائقة وبرعاية وعناية فائقة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالنظافة، هذا وقد كشفت على أن الإجراءات الوقائية لا زالت تعتمد الأساليب التقليدية في مكافحة الأخطار البيولوجية خاصة منها الحشرات والقوارض، بالإضافة إلى أن جل المخطوطات بحاجة إلى ترميم لوثائقها وملازمها، وإلى الإسراع في اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب للحد من الضرر القابل للتوسع والانتشار بفعل الكائنات الدقيقة. Abstract This study came to reveal the reality of the Ottoman Zawiya manuscripts in Tolga - wilaya of Biskra - in terms of the conditions of their preservation and the methods of their treatment, as well as the clarification of the scientific methods used to rehabilitate the affected ones due to various factors, using the method of interview and observation to collect data, as they are one of the descriptive methods Accredited to describe and analyze the reality of preserving and processing manuscripts at Zawiya. It is concluded that the manuscript preservation hall in the Ottoman Zawiya enjoys decent preservation conditions and the great care, and this revealed that preventive measures still adopt traditional methods in combating biological dangers, especially insects. And the most of manuscripts need to be restored and attachments, so it is better for those in charge of them to expedite taking appropriate action, as that damage is subject to expansion and spread by microorganisms.
