الملخص
تتمثل هذه الورقة في بيان مستويات السياق المقامي في تأويل وفهم النص النبوي، في مقاربة تجمعنا بأصول الفقه وأدوات التحليل اللساني المعاصر، وأهمية السياق تتجلى في كونه البنية التي يحتويها النص النبوي في فراغاته، ومسكوتاته، ولا يمكن أبدا أن نصل إلى عمق المعنى الدلالي والمشمولات العضوية لفحوى الخطاب إلا بمراعاة هذه السوابق واللواحق القولية والمعنوية الحالية، وهنا تتجلى خصوبة اللغة وعمقها، فالمعهود العربي وأحوال اللغة المتعددة، اقتضت من الأصوليين واللسانيين، أن يتوجهوا إلى هذه النصوص النبوية بيانا وتأويلا؛ كون لغة العرب هي الوعاء الذي احتوى هذه المباني اللغوية إضافة إلا معانيها.
