Résumé : La théorie de l'agence qui examine les problèmes résultant de la délégation de la gestion apparaît comme étant particulièrement bien adaptée au cadre Société de Capital Risque (SCR) - start-up, toutefois un courant de recherche initié par (Landstrom, 1993) a remis en cause son applicabilité à ce cadre. Cet article vise à regrouper les différents reproches associés à cette théorie dans le cadre susmentionné. Les résultats de la revue de littérature indiquent que les controverses associées à l'application de la théorie de l'agence au cadre SCR - start-up portent sur deux axes à savoir la survenance des problèmes d'agence et les limites des contrats. Abstract: The agency theory that examines the problems resulting from the delegation of management appears to be particularly well adapted to the venture capital (VC) - start-up framework, however a stream of research initiated by (Landstrom, 1993) has questioned its applicability to this framework. This article aims to bring together the various criticisms associated with this theory in the above-mentioned framework. The results of the literature review indicate that the controversies associated with the application of agency theory to the VC -start-up framework focus on two areas, namely the occurrence of agency problems and the limitations of contracts.
