دراسة مقارنة بين وقف أبي عمرو الداني ووقف أبي جمعة الهبطي من خلال كتابيهما " المكتفى " و"التقييد" A Comparative Study Between The Endowment Of Abu Amr Al-dani And The Endowment Of Abu Juma'a Al-habti Through Their Books “al-mukatafa” And “al Taqeed”

الملخص
اهتم هذا البحث بأحد علوم القرآن الكريم، المتعلق بمعانيه ومفاهيمه وتراكيبه؛ ألا وهو علم الوقف والابتداء. واختار لذلك دراسة مقارنة بين أكثر الأوقاف إثارة للجدل؛ وهو الأوقاف الهبطية المنسوبة للإمام أبي جمعة الهبطي المغربي، وبين مرجعية علم الوقف والابتداء على الإطلاق في العالم الإسلامي؛ وهو الإمام أبو عمرو الداني، من خلال أشهر ما ألفه الإمامين في هذا الفن، وهما: كتاب المكتفى في الوقف والابتداء في كتاب الله عز وجل، وكتاب تقييد وقف القرآن الكريم. من هذا المنطلق جاءت إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في: ما هي أوجه تشابه واختلاف الوقف عند الإمامين من خلال نماذج تطبيقية على الأوقاف القرآنية كما وردت في كتابيهما المذكورين؟ لذلك كان البحث يهدف إلى بيان منهج الإمامين في الوقف من الجهة التطبيقية على أوقاف القرآن الكريم، وتوضيح مدى التشابه والاختلاف بينهما. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج كثيرة منها: أن الأوقاف الهبطية كلها مقبولة لها تخريجات لغوية ونحوية وإعرابية قال بها كثير من السلف وليس بدعا منه، إلا أوقافا قليلة حاول الهبطي الاجتهاد فيها .كغيره فأصاب في بعضها وجانب الصواب في الآخر. وأما الداني فهو كالإمام الهبطي اجتهد في بعض الأوقاف وتجاوز بعضها وسكت عن الآخر الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف؛ التام؛ الكافي؛ الحسن؛مقارنة. Abstract: This research is concerned with one of the sciences of the Noble Qur’an, related to its meanings, concepts and structures; That is, the science of stopping and starting. Therefore, he chose a comparative study between the most controversial endowments; It is the descendant endowments attributed to Imam Abu Juma’a Al-Habti Al-Maghribi, and between the reference to the science of endowment and beginnings at all in the Islamic world; And he is Imam Abu Amr al-Dani, through the most famous of what the two imams wrote in this art, namely: The Book of Al-Muqtafa fi Waqf wa’l-Ibtada’ in the Book of God Almighty, and the Book of Restricting the Waqf of the Noble Qur’an. From this point of view came the research problem represented in: What are the similarities and differences of endowments for the two Imams through applied models on Quranic endowments as mentioned in their two mentioned books? Therefore, the research aimed to clarify the approach of the two Imams in the endowment from the applied side to the endowments of the Noble Qur’an, and to clarify the extent of similarities and differences between them. The research concluded with many results, including: All of the descendant endowments are acceptable and have linguistic, grammatical and syntactic conclusions that many of the predecessors said and were not an innovation from him, except for a few endowments that Al-Habti tried to strive for as others, so he was correct in some of them and the right side in the other. As for al-Dani, he is like the al-Habti imam he worked hard in some endowments and overstepped some of them and remained silent about the other.
