الملخص
باللغة العربية: ملخص: يشهد عالمنا اليوم العديد من التحديات خاصة على الصعيد التنموي، الذي يهدف إلى تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، والتي أضحت مطلبا دوليا ملحا في ظل التغيرات المتسارعة التي مست جميع المجالات والميادين الحياتية. فهي إذن تسعى إلى تحقيق التوازن الذي لن يكون دون تحقيق التوازن بين النمو الاقتصادي والرفاهية الاجتماعية مع ضرورة الاستغلال الأمثل والعقلاني للموارد الطبيعية لضمان حياة الأجيال الحالية والقادمة. ولقد جاءت هاته الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على تحديد مفهوم التنمية المستدامة الذي يتمحور حول إبراز عناصر أساسية تتمثل أساسا في توضيح ظروف نشأة التنمية المستدامة، أهم مبادئها، مع التركيز على أبعادها ومؤشراتها. باللغة الإنجليزية: Today, our world witnesses many challenges, especially on the developmental level that targets the achievement of the requirements of sustainable development which has become an urgent international demand in the light of the rapid changes in all the aspects and fields of life. So, this sustainable development aims to reach the balance that won't be possible without achieving a balance between the financial development and the social luxury, with the necessity of an ideal and rational exploitation of the natural resources to ensure the life of the current and future generations. So, this research paper has come to highlight the determination of a definition of the sustainable development and which focuses on showing the main components that are essentially represented in clarifying the circumstances of the appearance of sustainable development, its most important principles and goals- with the necessity to focus on the demands of its achievement, and its dimensions and indications
