المكانة التنموية للقطاع الزراعي في الجزائر - إشارة لبعض التجارب الدولية

الملخص
يهدف البحث كمحاولة علمية متواضعة لتسليط الضوء على أهم المقومات التي يمتلكها القطاع الزراعي الجزائري مقارنة ببعض الدول الرائدة ومدى مساهمته في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني على اعتبار الزراعة احد المحركات الفعالة إلى جانب قطاعي الخدمات والصناعة في الرفع من مستويات النمو الاقتصادي. ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى انه رغم الجهود المبذولة والإمكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية التي تحوز عليها الجزائر إلا أن مساهمة هذا القطاع تبقى جد ضئيلة مقارنة بالقطاعات الأخرى إضافة إلى سوء التسيير والاستغلال للموارد الطبيعية والمادية وغياب حلقة الوصل بين مراكز البحوث الزراعية و المصادر التقنية الأخرى كالمنتجين والزراعيين. The research aims as a modest scientific attempt to shed light on the most important components that the Algerian agricultural sector possesses compared to some leading countries and the extent of its contribution to the development of the national economy, considering agriculture as one of the effective engines along with the service and industry sectors in raising the levels of economic growth. This study concluded that despite the efforts exerted and the natural and human capabilities that Algeria possesses, the contribution of this sector remains very small compared to other sectors, in addition to the mismanagement and exploitation of natural and material resources and the absence of a link between agricultural research centers and other technical resources such as producers and agriculturalists.
