متطلبات الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب و دوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمجتمعات العربية

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن متطلبات الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب العربي وسبل تحقيقه، والبحث عن العوامل المساهمة في تمكين صناع القرار في المجتمعات العربية في تجاوز هذه التحديات والوصول بشباب الأمة إلى تحصيل أسباب الأمن بكل انواعه وعلى رأسها الأمن الفكري. جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة منا في البحث في أدبيات الظاهرة من خلال استقراء العديد من المصادر و المراجع الخاصة بالموضوع، إلى جانب التحليل و القراءة السوسيولوجية وهذا من أجل الوصول إلى بناء مفاهيمي متكامل المحاور حول الأمن الفكري وأهميته وضرورة تعزيزه لدى الناشئة و الشباب اليوم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمّها: تحصين الفكر للفرد والجماعة في مجتمعاتنا اليوم أضحى ضرورة ملحة يجب الاهتمام بها على مستويات عدة من أجل حماية أمننا الفكري من الأفكار المتطرفة والمنحرفة والمعتقدات الخاطئة التي أصبحت تعصف بأمن شبابنا. والاهتمام بالشباب وحمايته من البطالة والفقر والفراغ الذي يجعل منه فريسة سهلة لأي جهة أو جماعة أو تنظيم يستغله في تحقيق مآربه مهما كان نوعها والرفع من مستوى الحوار والاهتمام والاصغاء والتوجيه الصحيح لمجموع الشباب وإدماجهم في عملية التنمية في مجتمعاتهم وإشراك جميع المؤسسات التنشئية في عملية تحصين عقول الناشئة و الشباب من المخاطر الفكرية خاصة. ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to reveal the intellectual security requirements of Arab youth and the means to achieve them, and to search for factors that contribute to empowering decision-makers in Arab societies to overcome these challenges and bring the nation's youth to realize the causes of security of all kinds, foremost among which is intellectual security. This study came as an attempt by us to research the literature of the phenomenon by extrapolating many sources and references on the subject, along with sociological analysis and reading. This is in order to reach an integrated conceptual structure that focuses on intellectual security, its importance and the need to strengthen it among young people and young people today. The study has reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: the immunization of thought to the individual and the community in our societies today is an urgent necessity that must be taken care of at several levels in order to protect our intellectual security from extremist and perverted ideas and misconceptions that have become a threat to the security of our youth. Caring for young people and protecting them from unemployment, poverty and emptiness, which makes them easy prey for any party, group or organization that exploits them to achieve their goals of any kind, raising the level of dialogue, attention, listening and proper guidance for all young people and integrating them into the development process in their societies, and involving all nurturing institutions in the process of immunizing the minds of young people and young people from intellectual hazards in particular.
