العوامل المؤثرة في مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين - دراسة ميدانية داخل المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة المسيلة -

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على أبرز العوامل المؤثرة في مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي داخل المدرسة لدى عينة من المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وقام ببناء أداة استبيان مخصصة لهذا الغرض، وتم الاعتماد على الطريقة العشوائية في تحديد عينة الدراسة الأساسية،حيث بلغ حجم العينة الأساسية (414) معلماً ومعلمة للموسم الدراسي 2017/2018 . وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: بأن مستوى تأثير العوامل المتعلقة بالبيئة الخارجية على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة هو مستوى متوسط، وأن مستوى تأثير العوامل المتعلقة بالبيئة الداخلية على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة هو مستوى متوسط، مستوى تأثير العوامل المتعلقة بخصائص الفرد على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة هو مستوى منخفض جداً، وأن تأثير العوامل المتعلقة بالهيكل التنظيمي على مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي، لدى المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة هو مستوى متوسط، وأبرز العوامل المؤثرة في مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين بمدينة المسيلة هي العوامل المتعلقة بخصائص الوظيفة وبالهيكل التنظيمي . The current study aimed to find out the he most important factors affecting the levels of organizational commitment within the school among a sample of teachers in the city of M'sila ,The researcher used the descriptive approach and built a dedicated survey tool for this purpose, and the random method was used to determine the baseline sample, with the baseline sample size (414) as a teacher and teacher for the 2017/2018 school season. The study found the following conclusions:- the level of influence of external environmental factors on teachers' organizational commitment in the city of M'sila is a moderate one. -the level of influence of internal environmental factors on teachers' organizational commitment in the city of M'sila is a moderate one. -the level of influence of job characteristics factors on teachers' organizational commitment in the city of M'sila is high.-the level of influence of individual characteristics factors on teachers' organizational commitment in the city of M'sila is very low. -the impact of organizational structure factors on the level of organizational commitment of teachers in the city of M'sila is a moderate level. -the most significant factors influencing teachers' organizational compliance levels in the city of M'sila are factors related to the characteristics of the job and to the organizational structure.
